Our partner Juliana Brotto de Barros Milaré organized the workshop “Guide to Drafting Arbitral Awards” on June 26, promoted by the São Paulo Regional Coordination of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee – CBAr, with the support of the AMCHAM Arbitration and Mediation Center.
The initiative was carried out in partnership with Aécio Filipe O., and had the essential involvement of Daniel Falci Goulart, ACiarb, and Aline Rosado in leading the event.
The workshop provided a space for technical dialogue on a key topic for arbitration practice: the drafting of clear, well-reasoned, and effective arbitral awards. The program featured renowned figures in Brazilian arbitration: Selma Ferreira Lemes, Adriana Braghetta, and Carlos Eduardo Stefen Elias, in addition to a special contribution from Judge Andrea Galhardo Palma, who offered the Judiciary’s perspective on the quality of arbitral decisions.
