“Preclusion and flexibility in arbitration proceedings” written by our lawyer

With great pleasure, we share the publication of the article “Preclusion and Flexibility in Arbitral Proceedings”, written by our lawyer Emília Pellizzer, in co-authorship with João Luiz Lessa Neto.

In the text, the authors analyze to what extent preclusion, traditionally associated with state court proceedings, can or should be applied to arbitration, considering that flexibility is one of its essential characteristics.
